Welcome to Arthiq (fenzo). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Fenzo mobile application. By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the app.

• The app provides analytical tools and visual insights based entirely on the data you manually input.
• Fenzo does not provide certified financial, legal, or tax advice. You should always consult a licensed professional before making major financial decisions.

2. Your Data and Privacy

Fenzo operates primarily as an "offline-first" application.

• This means your personal financial data (incomes, expenses, and budgets) is stored locally on your own device.
• We do not have access to your personal financial records, nor do we sell or share this data with third parties. You are solely responsible for keeping your device secure and regularly backing up your data if you choose to use our export features.

3. Pro Subscriptions

Fenzo offers an optional "Pro" subscription that unlocks premium features (such as unlimited transactions, advanced budgeting, and cloud backups).

• Subscriptions are billed through your respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
• By upgrading to Pro, you agree to the pricing and billing cycles displayed at the time of purchase.

4. App Modifications and Updates

We are committed to ensuring that Fenzo is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app, add new features, or charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to keep Fenzo bug-free and accurate, we cannot guarantee that the app will always function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. Fenzo and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental financial losses resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
