1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Fenzo Pro subscription at any time.

• How to Cancel: You can manage and cancel your active subscriptions directly through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.
• Access After Cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed for the next billing cycle. However, you will continue to have full access to all Pro features until the end of your currently paid billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Because Fenzo Pro provides immediate access to premium digital features and tools, all purchases are considered final.

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any unused time if you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle.
• Accidental Purchases: If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or completely by accident, you must request a refund directly through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, as they handle and process all of our transactions securely. We do not have the ability to manually issue refunds on our end.

3. Changes to Pricing

Fenzo reserves the right to adjust pricing for our subscriptions or services. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we will always notify you in advance so you have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new rate.
